Sort out the key.pem and cert.pem security nightmare.

Implemented a super crude implementation into pywebsrv.py. Doesn't reflect AutoCertGen at all.

Implement the logic for anything other than GET requests.

I'll probably make a separate branch for this, which won't get updated with main until I finish the function
